About
Some books begin with an idea. These began with silence. With mornings where the only honest prayer was showing up. With seasons that lasted longer than faith felt designed to carry. I wrote because I needed words for the places where words run out—and I believed others needed them too.
I am a Christian, a mother, and a writer who has walked through betrayal, grief, church wounds, and the kind of endurance that never makes it into a testimony because it has not ended yet. I write from the middle of things, not the other side of them.
These books are for anyone who stays. Anyone who prays when they are not sure anyone is listening. Anyone who carries more than the world sees and does it with a grace that costs something every single day.
If that is you—I wrote these for you.
I do not know if thisfrom What I Carry in Silence
is faithfulness or stubbornness.
I am not asking You
to tell me which it is.
